2. Free Sample Testing Service:

2.1. To ensure the equipment fully meets your production requirements, we offer free sample testing services.

2.2. Please provide a sufficient number of product samples. We will conduct physical packaging tests for you in our laboratory or workshop using equipment prototypes or core modules consistent with the proposal.

2.3. The testing process can be shown to you in real time via video conferencing (such as Zoom, Teams) upon request, and a detailed test report will be provided, including data such as packaging speed, effect, and pass rate.

 

3. Customization and Solution Refinement:

3.1 Based on your specific needs, we will issue a detailed "Technical Solution Document," including equipment 3D layout diagrams, technical parameters, process flow, automation level description, and budget quotation.

1. Dedicated Project Management:

We will assign you a dedicated project manager, who will be your sole point of contact during the project, responsible for coordinating internal resources, ensuring smooth information flow, and promptly reporting project progress to you.

 

2. Transparent Manufacturing Process and Progress Updates:

We welcome and encourage customers to conduct "cloud manufacturing supervision" via video. We will regularly (e.g., weekly/every key milestone) share the production, assembly, and commissioning progress of the equipment through photos and videos.

At key milestones (e.g., completion of mechanical assembly, electrical control cabinet testing, and overall machine commissioning), we will proactively invite you to conduct online acceptance testing to ensure that the equipment meets the agreed standards before leaving the factory.

 

3. Comprehensive Factory Inspection and Testing:

Before packaging and shipping the equipment, we will conduct rigorous pre-shipment testing (FAT, Factory Acceptance Test).

We will invite you to witness the entire testing process online or in person, using your approved samples, operating according to established standards, and jointly signing the "Factory Inspection Report".

 

4. Professional Packaging and Logistics Support:

4.1 All equipment is packaged in sturdy export wooden crates to ensure safety during sea or air transport.

4.2 We provide professional logistics support, assisting you with customs declaration and clearance documents, and can recommend reliable international freight partners according to your needs.

1.1 We provide detailed installation foundation diagrams, electrical wiring diagrams, and pneumatic schematic diagrams.

1.2 We support remote installation guidance, providing real-time assistance to your team via video call to complete equipment placement, power connection, and pneumatic connection.

1.3 We offer free remote commissioning services to ensure the equipment is smoothly put into production at your factory. For on-site service, we can dispatch engineers; relevant terms are detailed in the contract.

 

2. Multi-dimensional Operation and Maintenance Training:

2.1 We provide complete Chinese and English versions of the "Operator Manual," "Maintenance Manual," and parts list.

2.2 Through video conferencing, we provide systematic training to your operators and maintenance engineers on equipment operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of common faults.

2.3 We provide installation and commissioning videos of key components for easy reference at any time.

 

3. Rapid Response Technical Support:

3.1 We provide 24/7 online technical support.

When equipment malfunctions, you can contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, etc. We promise to respond within 1 hour and assist you in diagnosing and resolving the problem via remote connection (if available).

3.2 Ample Spare Parts Supply and Warranty Policy:

We offer a 12-24 month equipment quality warranty period (subject to the contract). During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any damaged parts due to quality issues free of charge. We provide a set of commonly used consumable parts with the equipment.
