Customer needs

The customer requires a minimum output of 40 boxes per minute, with 20 packs per box. Accurate counting is required, and the lids must not press against the products.

Standard round boxes are needed, with optional accessories for child-locking boxes for easy switching. The machine should have front and back labeling and visual inspection functions, and be able to bag 5-10 boxes at a time, with side labeling required. A buffer capacity of at least 2000 boxes is required.

A high-speed machine with a speed of at least 220 RPM is required for standalone operation.

Solution Introduction

Equipment Components: 4 high-speed heat shrink wrapping machines (with smoke inside) with a speed of 250-300 packs/minute (depending on material conditions); a wrapping machine integrating wrapping and heat shrinking; the wrapping machine can be modified to accommodate 5 or 10 packs according to customer requirements.
