Weighing and Mixing Packaging Line for 3 Types of Tea
Process Requirements: This packaging system needs to weigh 3 different types of tea, using back-sealed bags.
It requires load-bearing rejection and total weight measurement.
Note: Customer's floor height is 3.1 meters; the total line height should not exceed 3050mm.
Speed Requirements: Taking 50g packaging as an example, aluminum foil packaging: 60 bags/minute; non-woven fabric packaging: 40 bags/minute.
The main process design is as follows:
Manually pour the three materials into the corresponding vibrating feeder hoppers of the elevators—automatic feeding—lifting to the feed hopper of the combined scale—weighing by the 14-head combined scale—filling into the dual-channel bowl conveyor via a distributor—the bowl conveyor collects the three materials with fixed-point stop control—alternating filling to the packaging machine via program control—4-column packaging machines receive the unloading signal—automatic bag making and coding—automatic sealing—finished products fall onto the output conveyor belt.
The entire solution overcame the technical bottlenecks of 4 rows of large-size back seals and 2 multi-head weighing machines for mixing and weighing, achieving a nonwoven fabric production speed of 40 bags/minute, meeting the customer's needs.
