Project Equipment Capacity and Measurement Requirements
The 7.5g disinfectant powder is packaged in boxes of 8 medium-sized packets, each containing 25 small packets, each small packet containing 7.5g of disinfectant powder. Based on a 5-day work week and a 6.5-hour daily shift, the overall production line must achieve a minimum capacity of 800 boxes per shift.
Packaging: Three-side seal bags will be used, subject to the actual sample.
Special Requirements: The disinfectant powder is highly corrosive to carbon steel and aluminum. Currently, it has been found that even 316 stainless steel cannot withstand it without timely cleaning. Therefore, the equipment requirements must consider the use of a spray painting process and dustproofing.
