Its working principle is as follows: the upper section uses a laboratory-grade cigarette dispenser to fill the powder, then the filler automatically slides to the outer bag, where it undergoes a secondary forming and back sealing, thus completing the inner and outer bag process in one step, forming a bag-within-a-bag finished product. This design is primarily intended for the high-end cigarette market, ensuring better taste and hygiene. The overall speed can still reach 30-40 packs/minute.
