1. Our company uses a dual-vibrator structure, which offers better stability and more than double the lifespan compared to the traditional single-vibrator structure. Experimental research shows that the bottleneck vibrator in single-vibrator equipment has a lifespan of less than 30 days, while the dual-vibrator structure can achieve a lifespan more than three times under normal use. Many customers haven't even needed to replace their vibrators for six months. Note: Avoid arbitrarily adjusting parameters, as this may overload the ultrasonic wave.
2. Does your ultrasonic wave machine have defects such as stringing or gaps? Our company uses slow wire feeding and alloy blades to ensure a smooth, gap-free cut, guaranteeing clean, string-free cutting.
3. The horizontal seal uses a spring design, increasing cushioning and significantly extending the lifespan of the blade and vibrator.
4. Can an ultrasonic machine also perform heat sealing? Yes, our company can modify the equipment to ensure it is compatible with both heat sealing and ultrasonic waves. This can be achieved by simply disassembling and reassembling some components.
